CFMOTO Classics Campaign

1. Contest Organizer

The CFMOTO Classics Campaign contest is organized by ZHEJIANG CFMOTO POWER CO. LTD., manufacturer of CFMOTO vehicles, as the official organizer.

For the Benelux region, the promotion and marketing operations of the contest are managed by Mooof NV, the official distributor of CFMOTO for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

2. Contest Objective

The CFMOTO Classics Campaign aims to highlight the stories of loyal CFMOTO off-road vehicle (ORV) owners and share their unique experiences with the global CFMOTO community.

Selected participants will be featured in promotional content and will have the opportunity to win exclusive prizes.

3. Participation Requirements

To be eligible, participants must:
✅ Be 18 years or older.
✅ Own a CFMOTO ORV for several years.
✅ Share an authentic story about their experience with their vehicle.
✅ Provide photos and/or videos illustrating their experience.
✅ Agree to participate in content creation (shooting, interviews, etc.) if selected.

4. Participation Process

1️⃣ Complete the registration form on the website before March 31 at midnight.
2️⃣ Mooof NV will analyze the applications and pre-select participants for the Benelux region.
3️⃣ CFMOTO HQ will choose the final winners from the pre-selected participants.
4️⃣ Candidates will receive a notification by email regarding the contest results in April.
5️⃣ Mooof NV’s marketing team will meet the selected participants in the following months to capture their stories through images and videos.
6️⃣ The deadline for submitting multimedia content is July 10 at midnight.

5. Selection Criteria & Prizes

Participants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
🎯 Story quality (authenticity, adventures, engagement with CFMOTO).
🎯 Alignment with CFMOTO’s brand values.
🎯 Emotional and visual impact of the submitted content.

🏆 Prizes:
🔹 Grand Prize: A trip to China to meet the CFMOTO HQ team.
🔹 Regional Prizes: Vehicle upgrades, PG&A accessories, participation in a CFMOTO Day.

⚠️ Note: Not all participating countries will necessarily have a winner. The final selection is made by CFMOTO HQ based on the quality and impact of the applications received.

6. Use of Content & Personal Data

📸 Use of Photos & Videos:

By participating, candidates agree that their photos, videos, and testimonials may be used by Mooof NV and CFMOTO HQ for promotional campaigns on social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
Participants’ content may be included in CFMOTO Benelux’s communication campaigns.
Winners’ content will be integrated into 2025 communication campaigns.

🔐 Personal Data Protection:

The information collected is used exclusively for the contest and only during its duration.
It is stored by Mooof NV for the Benelux region and will never be sold to third parties.
If the participant agrees to receive the newsletter, only their email address will be kept in our customer database.

📅 Registration deadline: March 31 at midnight.
📅 Deadline for submitting multimedia content: July 10 at midnight.
